Cemetary and mausoleum committee - St. Stanislaus Cemetery and Mausoleum Policy Regarding Flowers and Decorations. Flowers and decorations that are on the ground and are not in permanent vases or attached to the upright monuments will be removed. No bushes, shrubs, roses, vines, or any other plants or flowers shall be planted around plots and can be removed by the committee. No rock gardens or additional edging are permitted and can be removed by the committee. Shepherd hooks, dusk to dawn or ornamental lighting, boxes, urns, stuffed animals, metal designs, glass, crockery jars and containers, wood or metal cases, potted plants, etc. can be removed so as to maintain the uniform beauty of our cemetery and ensure the safety of our volunteers and their equipment as they cut and trim our cemetery. Any other decorations that are worn or weathered, out of season, or in ill-repair, may also be removed.   The committee reserves the right to remove any items they feel will hinder or pose danger to our volunteers that cut and trim our cemetery. In this way, our effort is to keep our cemetery grounds well-kept and clean.

Our next scheduled clean-up date is set for Saturday, April 4th, 2009

Parish quilting

continues in the parish sodality quilting room on the lower level below the gym. Quilt group chairladies: let us know if you are in need of a quilt for your group. We have some lovely quilts to show you. You may call Rosie Redel at 635-3071 to make an appointment to see the quilts.

Please see the parish bulletin (in the side bar) for the current schedule. Everyone is asked to help with the cost of a quilt for the June Parish picnic quilt auction fund raiser.
